Scriven extension

This grade II listed house had already been extended to the side and a small extension to the rear. We re-built the rear extension so that it extends across most of the back of the house, giving significantly more useable space and improving the flow of the house, with a pair of frosted glass pocket doors opening off the kitchen. The extension has a steel and timber structure, and is clad in oak with a GRP flat roof and secret gutter.

The original garage was roughly built with as-found rubble stone, and needed significant re-building when we extended it to provide more storage and a separate garden room with wood burning stove.
